These terms apply to all purchases on clearviewear.com. By shopping with us, you accept these terms.
2. Prices and Payment
- All prices include VAT
- We accept cards, Swish and other secure payment methods
- Payment is due at the time of order
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice
3. Delivery
- Delivery according to selected delivery method
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed
- Risk for goods transfers to customer upon delivery
4. Right of Withdrawal
- 30-day right of withdrawal according to distance selling law
- Goods must be in original condition
- Customer pays return shipping for change of mind
5. Complaints
- Defects must be reported within reasonable time
- We remedy defects through repair, replacement or refund
- Consumer purchase law applies
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the product's value. We are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Applicable Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
